Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 available
Total compensation potential: $132,500+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Strasburg clinic provides a broad range of outpatient orthopedic services, including sports therapy, work injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, functional movement training, pain management, and chronic condition treatment. Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and functional wellness
Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Participate in mentorship and continuing education programs for clinical growth
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and functional movement training
