Salary & Incentives
Competitive base salary (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Total compensation potential: $118,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus available

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physical therapy in a supportive, patient-focused setting
Document daily care, progress notes, and discharge summaries in our EMR system
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for patient care, collaboration, and professional growth
