What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead by example with a patient caseload and individualized care plans
- Build community referral relationships and market locally
- Ensure clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction through metrics
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff development
- Train and mentor new employees
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure for physical therapy
