Overview:
Due to growth, COAST Physical Therapy Specialists is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Oxnard, CA. Full-time is required. Candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload, primarily Ortho, but some fall prevention, ambulatory neuro, BPPV, and TMJ. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.
Full-time PTs should expect to treat approximately 14 patients per day.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $86,000 - $106,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No weekends. No major holidays! The work schedule is flexible based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior manual therapy and PNF experience is preferred.
- New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
- Full-time is required, 40 hours per week are available.
