Position: Physical Therapist – Center Manager (Outpatient Orthopedics)Location: NovaCare Pikesville, Baltimore, MDSchedule: Full TimeCompensation: Starting at $95,000Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance
NovaCare Pikesville is seeking a passionate, licensed physical therapist to step into a Center Manager role. This position combines leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, offering the opportunity to guide a dynamic team while delivering exceptional outcomes.
Our center serves a diverse population, from teens to older adults, and provides a wide range of specialty services, including:
- General Orthopedics
- Sports Medicine
- Aquatic Therapy
- Work Conditioning
- Concussion Management
- Fall and Injury Prevention
- LSVT BIG
Prior management experience is preferred but not required. Our leadership development programs are designed to support your growth and success. An ideal physical therapist has 2-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
