Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000 annually + $1,000 Monthly Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

We currently have an opening for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our Auburn - LA Fitness clinic. We're an outpatient orthopedic clinic located just outside of Seattle, WA. About our Auburn Clinic:
Our Auburn clinic is our newest clinic located in LA Fitness Center in Auburn, WA. This is a great opportunity to work with a close-knit team as we continue to expand our services. The clinic proudly offers a range of pain management, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgery rehabilitation and injury prevention services, including sports medicine, and spine rehabilitation. Our clinic director, Daya Babariya, is trained in manual technique, as well as functional exercise and therapeutic activities to help patients return to their prior level of function and beyond. She has also taken several continuing education courses to further her expertise in myofascial release, stroke rehabilitation and vestibular dysfunction.

Position Summary:
- Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
