Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is expanding and is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its well-established team in Cupertino. This role offers the chance to work in a respected outpatient orthopedic practice with the potential to also serve at an on-site corporate wellness center for a major technology company in Cupertino. Candidates interested in exclusively outpatient, exclusively on-site corporate care, or a blend of both will be supported.

Work Schedule
The clinic maintains a broad schedule to meet patient needs, offering weekday hours from 7 am to 8 pm, with earlier closure at 7 pm on Mondays and Fridays. Saturday hours are 7:30 am to 2:45 pm.
Full-time therapists typically work four or five days per week and rotate one Saturday per month.
Schedules are flexible and designed to support a healthy balance between patient care and your personal life.
Experienced clinicians and new graduates are both encouraged to apply.
Caseload
This position offers a stable and diverse caseload including post-operative rehabilitation, preventative care screenings, and chronic pain management.
Patients range across all ages.
Therapists enjoy true one-on-one care with no more than three evaluations per day, allowing for focused, high-quality treatment without high-volume pressure.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for full-time therapists is one hundred thousand dollars annually, with increases tied to experience.
A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as retirement options, paid holidays, vacation, and PTO.
New graduates receive a structured twelve-week mentorship program designed to build confidence and strengthen clinical skills.
Support for continuing education includes funding and two dedicated days off for coursework.
The practice also provides fifty percent sponsorship of APTA membership.
Job Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in California
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
CPR, AED, and BLS certification
Compliance with current COVID-related mandates, including vaccination and masking as required
Ability to meet physical and safety requirements essential to patient care
