Schedule: Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift, working from 7:20-5:50
Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager, assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Sufficient for license
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
