We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide patient care at Goshen Healthcare Community in Torrington, WY. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

In This Role, You Will:

Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care

Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
We're Looking For:

A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)

A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly

Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting

Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
