What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 mobile home care for a variety of orthopedic patients
- Deliver patient-focused treatment every 40 minutes
- Bring your specialty and passion to make a meaningful impact
- Receive support to grow your specialty expertise
Compensation & Benefits
- $80–$85 per visit
- Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month ($6,000/year)
- Flexible scheduling during weekdays and weekends

Job Requirements
- Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Must be located in Arizona for PRN consideration
- 1 year of outpatient ortho experience required
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- Ability to complete 6 patient visits per week
