Overview
Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide mobile home visits. This role requires a minimum of six sessions per week. Flexible scheduling is available, and support is provided for the candidate’s specialty area.
The ideal candidate is personable, communicates well, and is passionate about patient care.
Caseload / Patient Population
- Provide 1:1 mobile home visits for patients in the Peoria area, including Anthem, AZ
- Visits are scheduled every 40 minutes
- Support available to develop and practice specialty skills
Compensation
- $80-$85 per visit
- Mileage reimbursement up to $500 per month

Job Requirements
- Active Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Must be located in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- PRN candidates must be able to complete at least six patient visits per week
