Your Responsibilities:
- Create and implement customized treatment plans for patients with varying conditions.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and progress.
- Work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records according to industry standards.
- Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through continuous education and training.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
