Job Overview
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services focused on helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. This role works within a collaborative clinical environment supporting physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and injury-related conditions
Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and at-home care strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy teams to support patient outcomes
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Georgia
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical setting
