What You’ll Do
- Create individualized, evidence-based care plans
- Build strong relationships with patients and your clinical team
- Deliver high-quality manual therapy, functional rehab, and pre/post-operative care
- Streamline documentation using our modern EMR with Ambient Listening Technology
- Support community wellness and promote long-term health outcomes
What You’ll Love
Total Compensation
- Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + tiered incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement) - Productivity incentives that reward patient access and clinical excellence
- Ask about up to $25,000 in student loan reimbursement

What You’ll Need
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
- Current or eligible Arizona PT license
- Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
