About This Role:

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon- Fri
Compensation: $85K–$115K+ in annual packages with productivity incentives that reward your patient care access

In This Role, You Will:

Provide personalized, hands-on outpatient care
Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
Collaborate with a supportive team to optimize outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with patients and your local community
Document efficiently using our cutting-edge EMR system

Role Requirements:

Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
Current California PT license (or license-eligible)
Pelvic Health experience is a plus, but not required
