In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $48 - $56/hour Job Location: Temecula Ca.

Sign on bonus up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available

Responsibilities

Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
AHA BLS required
Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
