FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Lead Physical Therapist to help launch and lead a brand-new clinic in Yuma, AZ. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated clinician who wants to shape clinical excellence, mentor a team, and build a patient-first culture from the ground up.
At FYZICAL, quality care always comes before volume. As Clinical Director, you’ll balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, setting the clinical standard while growing a high-performing, collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000–$110,000 (based on experience)
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling
- 3 weeks PTO

Position Overview
The Clinical Director will:
- Provide one-on-one patient care with 40-minute treatment sessions
- Maintain a manageable caseload while leading clinical operations
- Serve as the clinical authority and mentor for future staff
- Collaborate with ownership to drive quality, outcomes, and culture
- Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and developing clinicians
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based care in:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Balance and vestibular therapy
- Ensure high clinical standards, documentation quality, and best practices
- Mentor and support Physical Therapists and support staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered, and growth-oriented clinic culture
- Contribute to strategic planning and clinic development
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (or license-eligible)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in clinic growth
- New Clinical Directors welcome — leadership training and support provided
