Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview
Our longstanding Vallejo clinic provides comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care, including:
- Manual therapy
- Acute & chronic rehabilitation

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs
- Document all services accurately within the EMR
- Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and providers
- Contribute meaningfully to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or eligible California PT license
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and individualized patient care
- New graduates encouraged to apply
