POSITION SUMMARY
Performs a variety of procedures necessary in the diversified duties of Physical Therapy from the physicians order and general instruction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Graduate of an approved course in Physical Therapy.
Experience:
- Prefer 1-2 years of physical therapy experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must be able to perform all duties associated with the position of Physical Therapist.
- Good physical condition is necessary to endure stresses of the job.
License/Certification/Registration:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Receives general supervision from the Manager, Hospital Outpatient Clinics.
