What You'll Do:

Mentor and develop PTs and PTAs across multiple service lines
Serve as a clinical expert by problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
Deliver direct pediatric physical therapy services across different environments
Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor

What You WON'T Do:

Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action!
(That's for the Managers to deal with!)
You get to just be an amazing therapeutic support to your teammates!

What You Bring:

Active Illinois and/or Indiana Physical Therapy License
3+ years of pediatric Physical Therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings
Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
A passion for helping clinicians grow and helping kids thrive
Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team's needs. Compassion in every move you make
