Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinical opportunity in Northern Maine. This role offers autonomy, leadership in rehabilitation services, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a rural community setting.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Physical Therapist is responsible for restoring patient function, reducing pain, and preventing disability through medically prescribed therapy. This role works within an integrated care team while contributing to rehabilitation programs, wellness initiatives, and patient-centered care delivery.
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• 4 day work week available
• No call

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and treat patients with physical limitations or injuries
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Restore function and improve mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Promote wellness, prevention, and rehabilitation programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Maine or ability to obtain
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, analytical, and observational skills
• Ability to interpret physician orders and treatment plans
• Strong documentation and attention to detail
• Ability to travel between KVHC sites as needed
• Valid Maine driver’s license and insurable
