Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Treat conditions including (but not limited to):
- Pelvic pain and dysfunction
- Urinary and fecal incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pregnancy and postpartum conditions
- Post‑surgical pelvic rehabilitation
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
Preferred:
- Pelvic Health training or coursework (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health)
- Experience treating pelvic floor conditions in an outpatient setting
About
Compensation: $77,000 - $96,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
