Vista Physical Therapy is a leading network of outpatient orthopedic clinics across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. We deliver comprehensive orthopedic care for extremities, spine, and sports-related conditions. Our hands-on, early-intervention philosophy is designed to help patients safely and efficiently return to the activities they love.

Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $77,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
- Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
- Sign-on bonus: Available at select clinics
- Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually based on experience and performance

Clinic Overview
Vista Physical Therapy’ deliver personalized, hands-on, and evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care. Services include:
- Orthopedic and sports therapy
- Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Spine rehab and chronic condition management
- Pre- and post-op care
- Vestibular therapy and clinic-specific specialties
- Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design and execute individualized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent outcomes
- Engage in mentorship, continuing education, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
- New graduates welcome – mentorship available
