Compensation
- Total Compensation Range: $124,000–$135,000
(Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + student loan reimbursement) - Productivity incentives: Up to $2,500/month

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
- Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Collaborate with your clinical team to support optimal outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients and the community
- Document efficiently using our AI-supported EMR
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible New Mexico PT license
- Excellent communication skills
