Compensation & Bonuses
• Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (DOE)
• Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,500 based on clinic performance
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for full-time hires

PT Responsibilities
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation programs
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
• Foster a positive, team-focused clinic environment

Qualifications
• Active CT Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
