Overview:

Due to growth, Thera-Dynamics Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic private practice location in West Allis, WI or Bayview, WI. Full-time availability is required, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 32+ hours of availability will also be considered.

Caseload / Patient Population:

Caseload typically includes general outpatient orthopedic, all ages, with some emphasis on personal injury and workers compensation.

Full-time PTs on staff treat in the ballpark of 1.2 patients per hour.

Work Schedule:

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with a 12:00 pm closing time on Fridays. For your schedule, expect to work until 7:00 pm three nights a week, balanced out by two shorter shifts.

No weekends and major holidays. Excellent work / life balance.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

Currently licensed or eligible for Wisconsin licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Full-time is required, 40 hours per week are available.

Candidates with 32+ hours of availability per week will also be considered.

Open to new grads and PTs of all experience levels.
