Our team is growing, and we’re looking for Physical Therapists to join us in Rocklin, CA. This position is staffed in one of our senior living community partners.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy and/or Telehealth services to residents in Prairie City Landing and Revel Folsom senior living communities.
Drive rewarding patient outcomes by facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
Be a part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
Pioneer Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities and help abolish ageism through 1:1 care.

What You’ll Bring

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Current CPR certification.

In this region of California, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
