Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment protocols, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes.
Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques, practices, and technologies through continuous education.

Requirements

A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and related therapeutic exercises.
Proven experience in assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning about new physical therapy methods.

$38/hr + Performance Bonuses (Up to $43/hr+ Total Potential)
