At Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. We’re currently looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great role for a clinician who enjoys helping adults improve strength, mobility, and overall function in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility
Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment
Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies
Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner
Collaborate with PTAs and partner with the interdisciplinary team

What You Bring

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)
CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
SNF, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred—but not required
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification:

Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
