Full-Time or Part-Time | Outpatient Clinic – Private Practice | Scotts Valley, CA 95066
Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist for either a Clinic Director or Staff-Level position. Full-time (40 hours/week) is preferred, but candidates with 16 hours and 2 days of availability per week will also be considered.
We are looking for a personable clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs will be fully supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- Treat patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload
- Pelvic health caseload options are available
- Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue advanced certifications
- Full-time PTs can expect to treat approximately 55 patients per week
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time salary range: $96,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist
