Overview:
Sentara Therapy Center – Tanglewood Sports
- Comprehensive rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, spine care, postsurgical rehab, and women’s health
- Supportive, multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists guiding patients through every stage of recovery
- Coming June 2026: brand new 5,000 sq. ft. Sports and Orthopedic Therapy Center
Sentara Therapy Center – Albemarle YMCA
- Wide range of therapies for orthopedic, neurological, and post-injury recovery
- Specialty programs including aquatic therapy, concussion rehab, lymphedema care, and diabetes fitness
- Personalized care using advanced manual techniques and performance-focused therapies
Sentara Home Care – Elizabeth City – nationally recognized for exceptional patient care
- In-home rehabilitation serving patients in Elizabeth City and surrounding areas

Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapy state license
- BLS Certification
