CPTE, a proud member of Fusion, actively seeking a Physical Therapist to work between our Nashua and South Nashua clinics, located just minutes apart. This role offers a diverse orthopedic caseload, including aquatic therapy, along with the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and also contribute to the growth of our newest location.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.

Your day-to-day:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and healthy movement patterns
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
Collaborate with fellow clinical and front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you bring the following:

Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
