Position Summary:

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Full-Time Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist)
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Orthopedics

Base Salary: Up to $115,000.00 annually

Please note thisdoes notinclude Director Bonuses (unlimited earning potential annually), Student Loan Repayment, Relocation or Sign-On Bonus, CEU Reimbursement, Residency Tuition Assistance, or any other monetary benefits.

Position Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with current licensure in the respective state.

3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
