What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services
Improve residents’ mobility, balance, strength, and independence
Supervise PTAs as appropriate
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Contribute to a positive, team-driven therapy culture
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin
Passion for working with the senior population
Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
