Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation starting at $71,500 for full-time (not including bonuses), with clear increases based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) Indiana Physical Therapist license
- Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills
- Outpatient ortho experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
