- Work location: Texas Health Southwest – Fitness Center, 6301 Harris Parkway, Suite 100, Fort Worth, TX 76132
- Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, between 7:00AM-6:00PM, schedule varies, No weekends and no federal holidays. Either (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts.At least 2x/week - 7AM start time and 2x/week - 6PM end time.

Here’s What You Need
·Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy program upon hire Required Or
·Master’s degree Physical Therapy program upon hire Required Or
·Other Doctorate Physical Therapy upon hire Required.
·Prefer 2-years prior Physical Therapy experience.
·PT - Physical Therapist Texas Physical Therapy License Upon Hire Required And
·BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.
·Other Board-Certified Clinical Specialist upon hire preferred.
·Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
·Problem- solving ability; Ability to teach others.
·Time management skills; Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Basic leadership skills.
What You Will Do
•Performs age-appropriate patient assessment and establishes plan of care.
•Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment.
•Educates patient and family through instruction, demonstration, and/or appropriate handouts in treatment plan, safety issues, home
programs/self-management and assistive equipment.
•Documents all aspects of assessment, plan of care, and re-certifications in accordance with departmental, TJC, Medicare, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
•Works in partnership with peers, other disciplines, and departmental personnel
•Focus on Daily Living Skills, Mobility and Cognition of patients.
