As a Physical Therapist with us, you will be part of a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Salary: $78,000 – $90,000/year + Monthly Bonus Potential
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
- Build your dream caseload and work with patients you are passionate about.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and supervise techs.
- Prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas, maintaining a reasonable caseload of 1.5 patients per hour.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Passion for patient care and a collaborative mindset.
