Job Details
- Compensation range: $41.00 - $57.69 per hour
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
Responsibilities
- Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy
- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns
- Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery

Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree plus sufficient experience in the field
