Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Physical Therapy team.
The successful candidate will be part of an energetic, family-oriented, and customer-focused multi-disciplinary team. Our outpatient rehab center features private evaluation and treatment rooms, a large gym area with contemporary exercise equipment, and various modalities and tools to meet patient needs. The facility is adjacent to a state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot medical-based fitness facility available for treatment options and pre- and post-therapy program continuation.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans using various techniques, exercises, and equipment
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire

This position offers 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks, working days Monday-Friday.
