Position Summary
GENISCi Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to provide functional assessments, movement evaluations, rehabilitation guidance, and mobility-focused interventions. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to help individuals improve physical function, reduce limitations, prevent injury, and enhance overall well-being.
The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, preventive health, and whole-person wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance training, and injury prevention strategies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, safety practices, and wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, wellness professionals, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintaintimelyandaccurateclinical documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case reviews.
- Support community wellness initiatives, educational programs, and preventive health activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and professional standards.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
