Martin Health’s Raub Rehab is looking to add a Physical Therapist to the team who will work with patients in an outpatient setting. Physical Therapists test muscle strength, the amount of flexibility in joints, and the ability to walk or move. Treatments include exercises to increase strength, range of motion, endurance, and coordination, the use of heat, cold, electricity, or even aquatics to relieve pain, and teaching exercises and body mechanics to avoid injury or regain function. Since this position requires physical interaction with patients, Physical Therapists are highly connected with patients and build stronger patient relationships than most other health sciences specialists. Often, physical therapy patients are dealing with pain, so sensitivity is important. Equally important is giving patients the drive and support they need to work hard and regain their health.

of coverage. Compared to other outpatient clinics, Cleveland Clinic has a consistent caseload of 10 patients over an8-hourshift, all one-on-one,withappointments taking place in45-minuteblocks. This schedule is often highlighted by caregivers of ours that have worked at otherlocations asproviding generous time with each patient.
A caregiver in this position worksMonday-Friday between 8:00AM – 5:00PM,with flexibility on start/end times based upon patient schedules.
Traveling to other Outpatient sites across Martin Health in Martin and St. Lucie counties will berequired, as needed.
