Duly Health and Care in New Lenox is seeking a Physical Therapist I who is committed to empowering health, elevating care, and working alongside a team that is shaping what outpatient rehabilitation and healthcare can be.
This role is part of Duly's continued expansion of rehabilitation services. As more patients choose Duly for coordinated, outpatient care, we are adding new physical therapy positions to support timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for our therapists.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including Monday through Friday with two evenings per week until 7 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6 PM.
- 60-minute evaluations with no double booking / 30-minute follow-up visits.
- Built-in documentation time to support work-life balance.

Qualifications:
- Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum.
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $110,000 depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience.
