Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their growing Rehabilitation Services team in their Lombard clinic.
The ideal candidate will have a current IL Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation colleagues to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient care accurately within the EMR
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on outcomes and quality care

- Collaborative team environment with access to specialty programs including Sports Medicine, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Concussion Management, Hand Therapy, Lymphedema, and Schroth Method
Scheduling:
- Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month
- Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible
- Opportunities available for weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and Saturdays
- Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours
Compensation:
- Anticipated hourly rate of $40.00-$55.00 per hour
- $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00-$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts
