We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Belvidere, New Jersey.

As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases. You will have access to a range of clinical tools and resources, including Limber Health software, and opportunities for professional development through our mentorship programs, in-house continuing education courses, and residency-style programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
