What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at ORS, you will:
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation in an evidence based clinic
- Treat patients of all ages with a diverse orthopedic caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Apply clinical reasoning and effective therapy interventions
- Build and grow a patient caseload in your area of specialty
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians in a supportive team environment
- Focus on achieving meaningful outcomes and helping patients return to the activities they love
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate demonstrates:
- An advanced degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- A current, valid Illinois Physical Therapist license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- An excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and clinical reasoning abilities
- The ability to effectively perform and document therapy interventions

Compensation & Benefits
Starting annualized compensation: $72,000–$100,000, including base compensation and performance-based bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
