New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)
New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

What You'll Do
· Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
· Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
· Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
· Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
· Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
What You Bring
· Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
· Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
· A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.

Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
