FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Oakton is expanding our pelvic health program and seeking a PT who wants to build expertise in this highly rewarding specialty.
Prior pelvic health experience is welcome but NOT required. We are willing to invest in training, continuing education, and mentorship for the right therapist who has an interest in pelvic health.

Your Role
You'll have the opportunity to treat patients with pelvic health conditions and work with a diverse outpatient population.
Depending on your experience and interests, we can help you develop your pelvic health caseload as your training and confidence grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Providing pelvic health physical therapy within your level of training and competency
- Educating patients about their condition, treatment, prevention, and long-term wellness
- Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with our clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and excited to grow professionally.
You do NOT need to be a pelvic health specialist already.
You may be a great fit if you are:
- An experienced pelvic health PT looking for a supportive new environment
- An outpatient orthopedic PT interested in transitioning into pelvic health
- A newer PT who knows pelvic health is the specialty you want to pursue
- A PT looking for mentorship and a long-term opportunity to grow within a practice
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
- DPT preferred
- Pelvic health experience or training is a plus, but not required
