Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission
- Manage daily clinic operations
- Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns
- Meet or achieve operational performance goals
- Support team development and manage full employee performance cycle
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans

Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant or license eligible
