We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at PT Solutions in Evansville, Indiana. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases.
The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience and market factors. You will also have the chance to earn monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds and be eligible for a sign-on bonus in select locations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
