Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality, Personalized Care: Manage an active caseload, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic and treatment interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Specialized Occupational Health Rehabilitation: Evaluate and treat work-related injuries, focusing on functional capacity, ergonomic safety, and progressive return-to-work protocols.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, employers, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Autonomous Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills and independent clinical decision-making to address complex patient presentations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or MSPT) and eligible for state licensure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and collaborative teamwork.
- Strong computer proficiency for real-time electronic documentation.
- Note: An Iowa professional license is preferred, though the primary practice locations are in the Sioux City, IA and Dakota City, NE. License not required to apply, and we will assist with state appropriate licensing once hired.
